NEPTUN Final Event – Final Conference and PhD Summer School and Workshop
The NEPTUN final event was organized between 15th and 19th September 2025 was a great opportunity to summarize the project and to continue its work. In fact, the event was larger than initially planned as it consisted of four activities: NEPTUN PhD Summer School and Workshops, NEPTUN Entrepreneurs Cluster/FinalConference, Industry Tour and NEPTUN Steering Committee Meeting. NEPTUN Final Event was also a great networking opportunity. All the participants of the NEPTUN Final Event assessed this initiative as a useful and valuable activity which contributed to an increased knowledge and awareness of the latest developments in widely understood Industry 4.0 area. The presentations delivered during this event were very interesting and informative. Moreover, they often presented real-life examples and case studies showing the practical introduction of Industry 4.0 principles in daily operations of various enterprises, including SME’s and large factories. Due to the fact that the organizers planned numerous networking activities, participants of the NEPTUN PhD Summer School and NEPTUN Final Conference were able to exchange ideas, experience and good practices. On top of that, they were able forge connections not only of scientific and research character, but also of social character. This is a characteristic feature of all activities undertaken within NEPTUN project, which involved stakeholders representing various environments and groups
